SBERRCRM.TXT G-24 STRAWBERRY-CREAM SQUARES 2 3 oz (1 6oz) pkg strawberry 2 10 oz pkg frozen strawberries jello 1 13 oz can crushed pineapple 2 large ripe bananas, finely 1 cup sour cream diced 2 cups boiling water 1. Disolve jello in boiling water. 2. Add 2 10oz packages frozen strawberries, stir till thawed. 3. Add crushed pineapple and bananas. 4. Pour half into 8 X 8 X 2 in pan. Chill till firm. 5. Spread evenly with 1 cup Sour Cream. Pour remaining gelatin on top. 6. Chill till firm. Cut into 9 squares. Top with Sour Cream dollops, if desired. PEACHBTY.TXT PEACH BETTY 1 1 lb 13 oz can peach halves 1/2 cup light brown sugar, packed 1 tsp lemon rind 1 - 2 Tbs lemon juice 1/2 tsp mace 3 Tbs margarine, melted 3 cups corn flakes 1. Drain peaches, reserving 3/4 cup of the juice. Dice the peaches. 2. Mix juices, sugar, lemon rind, mace, and butter. 3. Add peaches and corn flakes. Mix well and turn into a 1 1/2 quart casserole. Cover. 4. In a 350 degree oven, bake 25 minutes covered. Uncover and bake 15 minutes more.
