ACORNSQU.TXT BAKED ACORN SQUASH (Leigha) 1 acorn squash per person butter or margarine brown sugar 1. Cut top of squash off at an angle to make a lid, clean out all of the seed. 2. Fill squash alternately with butter and brown sugar. 3. Put the lid back on the squash. 4. Put aluminum foil aaround the squash to cover bottom and sides. 5. Place in a baking dish and bake in a preheated 400 degree oven for about 1 1/2 hours or until butter and sugar are melted and inside of squash is tender.
