CARMCORN.TXT CARAMEL CORN 4 1/2 qt popped corn 1/4 cup karo syrup 1/2 cup melted butter 1/2 tsp vanilla 1 cup brown sugar 1/8 tsp baking soda 1. Melt butter in a 2 qt saucepan. 2. Add brown sugar and karo. Cook 5 minutes (no more) stirring often. 3. Remove from heat. Stir in vanilla and baking soda. 4. Pour over popcorn and mix well. 5. Put mix in a cake or baking pan in a 250 degree oven for 1 hour, stirring every 15 minutes.
