CHZITCHK.TXT CHEEZE-IT BAKED CHICKEN 2 boneless, skinless chicken 3/4 cup crushed CHEEZE-IT crackers breasts 3 Tbs butter or margarine, melted 1. Heat oven to 425 degrees. 2. Removwe fat and wash the chicken, pat dry with paper towel. 3. Flatten chicken between plastic wrap sheets to about 1/4 inch thick. 4. Dip chicken in the butter and then in the cheeze-it crumbs to coat. Place on a cookie sheet. 5. Bake for 20 minutes.
