                     SUPER EASY APPETIZER                    (Sherry)

  2 8 oz pkg cream cheese            1 3 oz pk dried chipped beef,
  1 bunch green onions, chopped         chopped
  1 - 2 TBS milk

 1. Soften cream cheese.  Cream the cheese with the milk.

 2. Stir in the onion and beef. (depending on strength of onion, it may
    take more than 1 bunch.

 3. Serve in a bowl surrounded by crackers.
