EBUTROLL.TXT EASY BUTTER ROLLS (Leigha) 3 whole eggs 1 stick softened butter 1/2 cup sugar 1 1/2 tsp salt 1 cup very warm milk 1 pkg dry yeast 1/2 tsp sugar water 4 - 5 cups flour 1. In a small amount of warm water, disolve the yeast until it is foamy (about 5 - 10 minutes). 2. In a separate bowl, mix eggs, butter, 1/2 cup sugar, and salt. 3. Add milk. 4. Add the yeast mix. 5. Add 4 - 5 cups flour, mix well. 6. Let it raise until double in size (about 1 1/2 hours). 7. Make into rolls. 8. Let rise again 30 minutes to 1 hour. 9. Bake at 350 degrees for 10 - 15 minutes. Note: Keep everything warm.
