MOCHAPIE.TXT DAD'S MOCHA PIE (LOW FAT, LOW SUGAR) 1 graham cracker crumb crust 1 pkg (6 serv size) jello sugar 1 tbs instant coffee crystals free chocolate pudding mix 2 cups cold milk 3/4 cup cool whip lite topping 1. In a bowl, whisk or mix at low speed the coffee and milk. 2. Add the pudding mix and continue to whisk (mix) for 2 minutes. 3. Fold in the cool whip and put the mix in the pie shell. 4. Refrigerate for a minimum of 2 hours. 5. Top with cool whip lite, if desired, and serve.
