PECANPIE.TXT (Christine Chandler) PECAN PIE 3 eggs, beaten 1 cup sugar 1/2 cup white karo syrup 1/4 cup margarine, melted 1 cup chopped pecans 1 unbaked regular pie shell Note: Christine uses Parkay and not quite a full 1/4 cup 1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. 2. Mix all ingredients and pour into pie shell. 3. Bake for approximately 30 minutes (just until the pie is firm).
