PUNKNPIE.TXT PUMPKIN PIE 2 eggs slightly beaten 1 16 oz can solid pack pumpkin 3/4 cup sugar 1/2 tsp salt 1 tsp cinnamon 1/2 tsp ginger 1/4 tsp cloves 1 12 oz can evaporated milk 1 9 inch unbaked pie crust. 1. Heat oven to 425 degrees. 2. Combine, in order, the eggs, pumpkin, sugar, salt, cinnamon, ginger, cloves, and milk. Pour into pie shell. 3. Bake 15 minutes. Reduce temperature to 350 degrees and continue baking for another 45 minutes (until a knife inserted in center of pie comes out clean). Cool.
