                          SPICED NUTS

  1 Tbs egg white                     1/4 cup sugar
  2 cups pecan halves                 1 Tbs cinnamon

 1. Heat oven to 300 degrees.

 2. Mix egg white and pecans until pecans are coated and sticky.

 3. Mix sugar and cinnamon, sprinkle over the nuts, stirring until sugar
    mix completely coats the nuts.

 4. Spread on ungreased cookie sheet.  Bake 20 minutes.
