                           SPINACH CHEESE BAKE

  1 6 oz pk corn muffin mix          1 10 oz pk frozen chopped sponach,
  2 eggs, beaten                       thawed and drained
  8 oz sour cream                    1/2 cup margarine
  1 10 1/2 oz can french onion       1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
    soup, undiluted

 1. Combine all ingredients except the cheese.  Stir until blended.

 2. Spoon into a greased 12 x 8 x 2 inch pan.  Bake 25 minutes at 350
    degrees.

 3. Sprinkle the cheese over the spinach mix and bake another 5 minutes
    until the cheese melts.
