                       SWEET POTATO CASSEROLE

  3 cups mashed sweet potatoes       1/2 cup sugar
  1/2 tsp salt                       2 beaten eggs
  1/2 stick margarine                1/4 cup milk
  1 tsp vanilla

 1. Mix all ingredients together thoroughly.

 2. Pour into a shallow baking dish.

           TOPPING

  1 cup brown sugar                  1 cup choppped pecans
  1/2 cup all purpose flour          1/2 stick margarine, melted

 3. Mix topping ingredients and spread over the sweet potatoes

 4. Bake at 350 degrees for about 30 minutes.

(If you double the casserole, there's no need to double the topping.)
