TACOBAKE.TXT BEEF TACO BAKE 1 lb ground beef, browned and 1 can condensed tomato soup drained 1 cup Pace thick and chunky salsa 1/2 cup milk 6 flour tortillas, cut into 1 inch 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese squares divided. 1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees. 2. Spray a 9 X 13 pan with PAM. 3. In a bowl mix the meat, tomato soup, salsa, milk, 1/4 cup of the cheese, and the tortillas. 4. Put mix in the baking dish. 5. Top with the remaining cheese. 6. Bake 25 - 30 minutes, until cheese melts and mixture is hot and bubbly. Serve with chopped lettuce, tomato, etc. Makes 4 good servings.
